The Application Value of ISO Management System in Quality Management of Laboratory Department

目的探讨在实施检验科质量管理期间ISO管理体系的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月菏泽市定陶区人民医院检验科采用ISO管理的40名检验人员为研究组;选取2019年1—12月本院检验科采用常规质量检验为参照组。对比两组的专业能力评分结果(实践操作、理论知识)、管理质量指标(重点环节检验、基础检验、药物与器材管理)、不良事件(标志丢失、标志错误、检验不合格)总发生率。结果研究组实践操作、理论知识评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组重点环节检验、基础检验、药物与器材管理评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良事件(标志丢失、标志错误以及检验不合格)总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院检验科在开展质量管理工作期间有效应用ISO管理体系,可显著提高检验人员的专业能力,有效提升管理质量,显著降低不良事件发生率,促进检验人员综合素质明显提升。

Objective To explore the value of ISO management system application during the implementation of quality management in the laboratory department.Methods Select 40 inspectors from the Laboratory of Dingtao District People's Hospital in Heze City from January to December 2020 who were managed by ISO as the research group.Select 40 inspectors from the hospital who underwent routine quality inspection from January to December 2019 as the reference group.Compare the professional ability scoring results(practical operation,theoretical knowledge),management quality indicators(key link inspection,basic inspection,drug and equipment management),and the total incidence of adverse events(symbol loss,symbol error,and inspection failure)between the two groups.Results The scores of practical operation and theoretical knowledge in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of key link test,basic test and drug and equipment management in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events(mark loss,mark error and unqualified test)in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of ISO management system in the hospital laboratory during the quality management work can significantly improve the professional ability of laboratory personnel,effectively improve management quality,significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,and promote the significant improvement of the comprehensive quality of laboratory personnel.
