基于护理部质量控制的绩效考核制度在神经外科护理工作中的应用研究

A Study on the Application of Performance Appraisal System Based on Quality Control of Nursing Department in Neurosurgery Nursing

目的分析在神经外科护理工作中应用基于护理部质量控制的绩效考核制度的效果。方法选择2021年1—12月淄博市妇幼保健院神经外科护理人员12名为研究对象,于2021年6月开始实施护理部质量控制基础下绩效考核制度,对比实施前后护士对绩效工资分配满意度(公平公正、激励作用、付出回报平衡、绩效工资差距合理性)、绩效考核制度满意度(管理措施、工作本身、工资福利、个人成长、工作认可)、科室护理质量评分(基础护理、重症护理、细节管理、护理文书、优质护理)。结果实施后护士对绩效工资分配满意度、绩效考核制度满意度、科室护理质量评分均比实施前明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科护士的护理工作中实施基于护理部质量控制的绩效考核制度可提升护士的工作积极性,提升护士绩效考核公平性,护士对科室护理工作的主观能动性有所上升,带动科室护理质量水平,应用价值比较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying the performance appraisal system based on quality control of nursing department in neurosurgery nursing work.Methods From January to December 2021 was selected as the study time period,and a total of 12 neurosurgical nursing staff in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study objects,and the performance appraisal system based on quality control of nursing department was implemented from June 2021.Comparison of nurses'satisfaction with performance pay allocation(fairness and justice,incentive effect,pay-reward balance,reasonableness of performance pay gap),satisfaction with performance appraisal system(management measures,work itself,salary and welfare,personal growth,work recognition),and nursing quality score of the department(basic care,critical care,detail management,nursing paperwork,quality care)before and after implementation.Results After implementation,nurses'satisfaction with performance pay allocation,satisfaction with the performance appraisal system,and departmental nursing quality scores were significantly higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the performance appraisal system based on quality control of the nursing department in the nursing work of neurosurgery nurses can improve the enthusiasm of nurses,and improve the fairness of nurses'performance appraisal,and the subjective motivation of nurses to the nursing work of the department has increased,driving the level of nursing quality in the department,which has a relatively high application value.
