责任制分层管理模式在消化内科护理管理中的作用

The Role of Accountability Layered Management Model in Gastroenterology Nursing Management

目的分析责任制分层管理模式在消化内科护理管理中的作用。方法以浠水县人民医院消化内科15名护理人员为研究对象,比较责任制分层管理模式应用前(2020年6月—2021年6月)与应用后(2021年7月—2022年7月)的护理质量、护理缺陷、不良事件、投诉事件发生率以及工作满意度。结果应用后,护理人员护理缺陷、不良事件以及投诉事件发生率明显低于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用后,护理人员护理质量各方面考核成绩均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用后护理人员工作满意度各方面得分均高于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科护理管理中应用责任制分层管理模式,可降低护理缺陷、不良事件以及投诉事件的发生率,显著提高护理质量,促进护理管理水平的提高。

Objective To analyze the role of responsibility-based layered management model in the nursing management of gastroenterology.Methods Taking 15 nursing staff from the Department of Gastroenterology of Xishui County People's Hospital as the research object,compared the nursing quality,nursing defects,adverse events,incidence of complaints and job satisfaction before the application of the responsibility system hierarchical management model(June 2020-June 2021)and after the application(July 2021-July 2022).Results After application,the incidence of nursing defects,adverse events and complaints of nursing staff was significantly lower than that before application,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After application,the scores of nursing staff in all aspects of nursing quality were higher than those before application,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of job satisfaction of nursing staff after application were higher than those before application,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility-based hierarchical management model in gastroenterology nursing management can reduce the incidence of nursing defects,adverse events and complaints,significantly improve nursing quality and promote the improvement of nursing management.
