风险管理在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用效果探究

Exploring the Effectiveness of Risk Management in the Nursing Management of Respiratory Medicine

目的探究风险管理模式在呼吸内科护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年8月在淄博市中心医院东院呼吸内科工作的40名护理人员作为研究对象。按照时间段的不同将40名护理人员分成两组,每组20名,将2018年9月—2019年2月期间实施常规管理的护理人员设为对照组,将2019年3月—2020年8月期间实施风险管理的护理人员设为观察组,观察两组管理效果。结果观察组护理人员测评成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),管理后,两组自我评价得分均高于管理前,观察组得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中护理人员对管理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护理管理中实行风险管理模式对持续提高护理质量及护理安全性作用明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of risk management model in the nursing management of respiratory medicine.Methods Forty nursing staff working in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the East Campus of Zibo Central Hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The 40 nursing staff were divided into two groups of 20 each according to the time period,and the nursing staff who implemented routine management from September 2018 to February 2019 were set as the control group,and the nursing staff who implemented risk management from March 2019 to August 2020 were set as the observation group to observe the management effect of the two groups.Results The nursing staff assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the self-assessment scores of both groups were higher than those before management,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a risk management model in respiratory care management has a significant effect on the continuous improvement of nursing quality and safety of care.
