摘要
目的剖析分层管理+专科培训模式应用于手术室护士的价值和意义。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月淄博市中心医院手术室护士20名,其中2021年6—12月期间(干预前)手术室采取常规管理和培训模式,2022年1—6月期间(干预后)手术室采取分层管理+专科培训模式。对比干预前后手术室护士的护理质量评分、对工作的满意程度、Ⅰ~Ⅳ级不良事件发生率。结果相较于干预前,干预后手术室护士的各项护理质量评分、工作满意度相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于干预前,干预后手术室护士Ⅰ~Ⅳ级不良事件发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层管理+专科培训模式应用于手术室护士可以全面提高手术室护理质量,减少护理不良事件的发生,使护理人员对工作各方面都感到更加满意。
Objective To analyze the value and significance of stratified management+specialist training model applied to nurses in the operating room.Methods Twenty cases of operating room nurses in Zibo Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected,among which the conventional management and training model was adopted in the operating room from June to December 2021(before the intervention),while the stratified management+specialty training model was adopted in the operating room from January to June 2022(after the intervention).The qualiist of care scores,satisfaction with their work,and the incidence of grade I-IV adverse events of the nurses in the operating room before and after the intervention were compared.Results Compared with the pre-intervention period,the quality of care scores and job satisfaction of nurses in the operating room were relatively higher after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention period,the incidence of grade I-IV adverse events was lower among nurses in the operating room after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stratified management+specialist training model applied to operating room nurses can comprehensively improve the quality of operating room nursing care,reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,and make nursing staff feel more satisfied with all aspects of their work.
