实施风险防控管理模式在感染管理科中的应用价值研究

Study on the Value of Implementing RIsk Prevention and Control Management Model in Reducing Nosocomial Infection Rate

目的研究风险防控管理模式在降低院内感染率中的应用价值。方法选择2021年2月—2022年2月广安市人民医院10名护士为研究对象,按照管理不同分为研究组(n=5,风险防控管理模式)和对照组(n=5,常规管理模式),分析两组管理价值。结果研究组安全问题解决、管理制度完善、不良伤害预防、信息传达即时性准确性、安全护理知识能力、医护操作规范性、自我防护能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医护人员安全意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用风险防控管理模式对院感控制,可减少院内感染率,值得运用。

Objective To study the application value of risk prevention and control management model in reducing the rate of nosocomial infection.Methods 10 nurses in the Guang'an People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into a study group(n=5,risk prevention and control management model)and a control group(n=5,routine management model)according to the management,and the value of management in both groups was analyzed.Results The safety problem resolution,management system improvement,adverse injury prevention,immediacy/accuracy of information communication,safety care knowledge ability,standardization of medical and nursing operations,and self-protection ability scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the safety awareness scores of medical and nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological state scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of risk prevention and control management model for nosocomial infection control can reduce the rate of nosocomial infection and is worth applying.
