摘要
目的探究人性化管理对心血管内科护理人员工作倦怠的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年10月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院心血管内科30名护理人员作为研究对象,实施前(2018年1月—2019年5月)采用常规管理模式,2019年6月—2020年10月实施人性化管理,分析实施前后护理人员的工作满意度、压力应对能力以及工作质量。结果实施后护理人员的工作满意度明显优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员压力应对能力的各项指标评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员的护理差错及患者投诉发生率明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理在心血管内科护理人员的应用,可以改善其应对压力的能力,提高护理工作的满意度,减少护理差错以及患者投诉。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized management on cardiovascular internal medicine nursing staff burnout.Methods 30 nursing staff in the Cardiovascular Medicine Department of Zibo Hospital of Yiyang Health Industry Development Group from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and the conventional and humanized management was carried out from June 2019 to October 2020.Analysis the job satisfaction,stress coping ability and work quality of nursing staff before and after the implementation.Results The job satisfaction of nursing staff of after the implementation was significantly better than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of stress coping ability of nursing staff after the implementation was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing errors and patient complaints after the implementation was significantly lower than those before implementation;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management in cardiovascular medicine nursing staff can improve their ability to cope with stress,increase satisfaction with nursing work,and reduce nursing errors and patient complaints.
