摘要
目的探究内科学见习课中应用课程整合以案例为基础的教学法教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)的可行性。方法选取2020年10月—2021年12月赤峰市医院麻醉专业本科生58名,根据时间不同分为对照组30名(2020年10—12月)和观察组28名(2021年10—12月),对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组实施课程整合CBL教学模式,对比两组学生学习趣味性、临床思维能力以及学习成绩。结果观察组学生学习兴趣、知识接受情况以及注意力吸引等学习趣味性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生学习意识、学习行为、学习评价以及学习策略等临床思维能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生理论成绩、基础考核成绩以及专科操作成绩等学习成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科学见习课学生应用传统教学和课程整合CBL教学模式的对比之下,课程整合CBL教学两种模式在改善学生学习趣味性、强化临床思维能力、提高学习成绩方面效果更佳。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the curriculum integration CBL teaching model in internal medicine apprenticeship course.Methods 58 undergraduate students of anesthesia in Chifeng Hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected and recorded as 30 students in the control group(October to December 2020)and 28 students in the observation group(October to December 2021)according to the time,with the control group implementing the traditional teaching model and the observation group implementing the curriculum-integrated CBL teaching model.The students'learning interest,clinical thinking skills,and academic performance were compared between the two groups.Results Students in the observation group had significantly higher learning interest,knowledge acceptance,and attention attraction scores than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability scores such as learning awareness,learning behavior,learning evaluation and learning strategies of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group students'learning achievement scores such as theoretical scores,basic assessment scores and specialty operation scores were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When comparing the two modes of traditional teaching and curriculum-integrated CBL teaching for internal medicine trainees,the curriculum-integrated CBL teaching were more effective in improving students'learning interest,strengthening clinical thinking skills,and improving learning performance.
