摘要
目的探讨采用循证医学联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)对临床医学本科生皮肤病诊疗能力的影响。方法选取2017—2018级河南科技大学临床医学专业本科生60名,以2017级学生实施传统教学为对照组,以2018级学生实施循证医学结合PBL教学法为观察组,每组30名。比较两组教学后的考核成绩、临床综合能力及满意度。结果观察组基础知识、皮肤病与性病专业知识、病史采集、体格检查、病历书写、诊疗方案制定成绩,临床问题综合能力、科研能力、自学能力、创新能力、团队协作能力提高率,教学满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学联合PBL教学法应用于临床医学本科生皮肤病教学,可以提升学生的理论知识、临床实践水平及临床综合能力,且满意率较高。
Objective To explore the effect of using evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method on clinical medicine undergraduate students'dermatology diagnosis and treatment ability.Methods Sixty undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of Henan University of Science and Technology from grade 2017 to 2018 were selected.Traditional teaching of students of grade 2017 was taken as control group,and evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching of students of grade 2018 was taken as observation group,with 30 students in each group.The assessment results,clinical comprehensive ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared after teaching.Results The improvement rate of basic knowledge,professional knowledge of dermatosis and venereal disease,medical history collection,physical examination,medical record writing,diagnosis and treatment plan making,comprehensive ability of clinical problems,scientific research ability,self-learning ability,innovation ability and teamwork ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching method applied to teaching dermatology to clinical medicine undergraduates can improve students'theoretical knowledge,clinical practice level and clinical comprehensive ability,and the satisfaction rate is higher.
