口腔门诊护士职业暴露防护管理的实施效果

Effectiveness of Implementation of Occupational Exposure Protection Management for Nurses in Dental Outpatient Clinics

目的分析在口腔门诊护士中实施职业暴露防护管理的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月衡阳市中心医院口腔门诊护士42名为研究对象,将2021年6—12月纳入基础组;2022年1—6月纳入防护组,每组21名,分别开展基础方式管理、职业暴露防护管理,对比分析两组管理效果。结果防护组护士工作态度、责任意识、防护理念、防范行为评分均较基础组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。防护组管理服务满意率高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。防护组风险事件发生率低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为口腔门诊护士执行管理服务时,开展职业暴露防护管理可维持护士积极工作态度,增强护士责任意识和防护理念,减少风险事件发生。

Objective To analyze the effects of occupational exposure protection management in dental outpatient nurses.Methods 42 dental outpatient nurses from Hengyang Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were included in the basic group from June to December 2021 and the protection group from January to June 2022,with 21 nurses in each group.Basic mode management and occupational exposure protection management were carried out separately.Compared and analyzed the management effects of two groups.Results The scores of working attitude,responsibility consciousness,protection concept and prevention behavior of nurses in the protection group were higher than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of management service in the protection group was higher than that in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in protection group was lower than that in foundation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When performing management services for nurses in dental outpatient clinics,the implementation of occupational exposure protection management can maintain positive work attitudes,enhance nurses'awareness of responsibility and protection concepts,and reduce the occurrence of risk events.
