流程管理在医院超声设备中的管理效果及对满意度的影响研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Process Management in Hospital Ultrasound Equipment and the Impact on Satisfaction

目的探讨流程管理在医院超声设备中的管理效果及对满意度的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月寿光市人民医院超声设备工作人员35名,超声设备52台为研究对象,根据时间点分为对照组(2020年5月—2021年4月,实施常规管理模式)和观察组(2021年5月—2022年5月,在对照组基础上联合流程管理模式),比较两组管理质量、知晓率、管理满意度、器械缺陷率及使用率。结果观察组管理3个月后设备计划、设备采购、运行管理、故障报备及设备维护评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理3个月后仪器放置有序、日常保养、常见故障、仪器用途、标识清除知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理方法、故障排查、仪器转运、管理内容、管理形式满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械遗失、供应不足、器械损坏、标识错误发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医院超声设备使用率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程管理用于医院超声设备中,能提升管理质量,有助于提高管理人员知晓率及满意度,提升医院超声设备使用率,降低超声缺陷率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of process management in hospital ultrasound equipment and the impact on satisfaction.Methods 35 ultrasonic equipment workers and 52 ultrasound devices in Shouguang People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(May 2020 to April 2021,implementing the conventional management mode)and an observation group(May 2021 to May 2022,combining the process management mode on the basis of the control group)according to the time point.The quality of management,awareness rate,management satisfaction,device defect rate and utilization rate were compared between the two groups.Results Equipment planning,equipment procurement,operation management,fault reporting and equipment maintenance scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group after 3 months of management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge rate of orderly instrument placement,routine maintenance,common failures,instrument use and logo removal were higher in the observation group than in the control group after 3 months of management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of management method,fault detection,instrument transfer,management content and management form were higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lost,undersupplied,damaged and mislabeled instruments in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the utilization rate of ultrasound equipment in the hospital was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Process management used in hospital ultrasound equipment can improve the quality of management,help to improve the awareness rate and satisfaction of managers,enhance the utilization rate of hospital ultrasound equipment,and reduce the rate of ultrasound defects,so it is worth promoting the application.
