基于故障树的疲劳驾驶检测装置故障研究

摘要 采用故障树分析法,对汽车疲劳驾驶检测装置进行系统分析,建立相应的故障树模型。通过定性分析,可以得到引起顶事件发生的所有最小割集并计算出结构重要度。由于无法精确采集到底事件发生概率,故将专家经验法应用于模糊数学理论中,先评估出底事件发生情况的模糊性,计算出相应的模糊失效概率。通过定量分析,可以根据故障树模型的结构求出顶事件的模糊发生概率,同时计算出各个底事件的概率重要度和关键重要度。从而在故障诊断时提供理论依据,提高诊断的效率,并对装置进行改进和优化提供一些参考价值。 The fault tree analysis method is used to systematically analyze the vehicle fatigue driving detection device,and the corresponding fault tree model is established.Through qualitative analysis,all the minimal cut sets that cause the top event can be obtained and the importance of the structure can be calculated.Since it is impossible to accurately collect the occurrence probability of the final event,the expert experience method is applied to the fuzzy mathematics theory.Firstly,the fuzziness of the occurrence of the bottom event is evaluated,and the corresponding fuzzy failure probability is calculated.Through quantitative analysis,the fuzzy probability of top event can be calculated according to the structure of fault tree model,and the probability importance and critical importance of each bottom event can be calculated.So as to provide a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis,improve the efficiency of diagnosis,and provide some reference value for the improvement and optimization of the device.
