摘要
当前舰船装备管理存在重结果、轻过程的问题,容易导致装备状态检查流于形式,达不到全员参与、全过程管理的要求,无法满足装备高强度作战运用需求,亟需通过革新信息技术提升管理水平。针对以上情况,提出一套基于区块链的舰船装备管理系统,利用区块链去中心化、分布式存储、不可篡改和可追溯等技术特点实现舰船装备信息可靠存储,并利用星际文件系统(IPFS)实现链下存储,解决主链存储能力不足的问题,利用智能合约技术实现装备信息自动化检查,避免人工检查可能带来的误差,最后从多角度分析了该系统的安全性能。
The current ship equipment management has the problem of focusing on the results rather than the process,which easily leads to the status check of equipment becoming a mere formality,failing to meet the requirements of full participation and whole-process management,and failing to meet the requirements of high-intensity combat application of equipment.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the management level through innovative information technology.In view of the above situation,a set of ship equipment management system based on blockchain is proposed,which realizes the reliable storage of ship equipment information by using the technical characteristics of blockchain,such as decentralization,distributed storage,tamper-resistant mechanism and traceability.In addition,InterPlanetary File System(IPFS)is adopted to realize the off-chain storage and solve the problem of insufficient storage capacity of the main chain.Furthermore,smart contract technology is employed to realize the automatic inspection of equipment information,avoiding errors possibly caused by manual inspection.Finally,the safety performance of the system is analyzed from multiple perspectives.
