基于Gige相机的激光告警图像传输系统研究

摘要 针对光栅衍射型激光告警系统对敌军来袭激光进行参数高精度实时计算的要求,论文采用Gige工业相机设计了一种激光告警图像数据高速传输系统。该数据高速传输系统Gnet网络接口将Gige相机采集到的图像数据经FPGA的USB接口电路传输至上位机;其次设计USB接口电路,将采集到的数据传输至上位机进行图像还原及数据存储;最后,通过C编写的上位机可视化界面对传输来的图像进行实时显示监控。经过验证,Gige相机的数据吞吐量为每秒75MB,且在上位机可以显示完整的光斑图像数据,以此说明该图像传输系统的可靠性及稳定性,并通过保存来的衍射光斑数据为后续的图像处理算法研究提供了理论基础。 For the requirements of grating diffraction laser warning system to calculate the parameters of incoming laser with high accuracy and in real time,this paper uses Gige industrial camera to design a laser warning image data transmission system with high speed.The Gnet network interface of this high-speed data transmission system transmits the image data collected by the Gige camera to the host computer via the USB interface circuit of the FPGA.Secondly,the USB interface circuit is designed to transmit the collected data to the host computer for display and data storage.Finally,the visualization interface of the host computer written in C displays and monitors the transmitted images in real time.After verification,the data throughput of Gige camera is 75MB per second,and the complete spot image data can be displayed in the upper computer,which illustrates the reliability and stability of the image transmission system,and provides the basis for the subsequent image processing algorithm research through the saved image data.
