摘要
详细介绍了球磨法、超声分散法、原位合成法、分子水平分散法、电泳沉积法等主要的碳纳米管(CNTs)的分散方法,比较了各种分散方法所制备出的碳纳米管增强铜基复合材料的性能,总结了目前CNTs分散程度的评估方法,展望了未来碳纳米管分散方法的发展方向。
In this paper,the main dispersion methods of carbon nanotubes(CNTs),such as ball milling,ultrasonic dispersion,in-situ synthesis,molecular level dispersion and electrophoretic deposition,are introduced in detail,and then the current evaluation methods of CNTs dispersion are summarized.Finally,the properties of carbon nanotubes reinforced copper matrix composites prepared by various dispersion methods are compared,and the future development of carbon nanotube dispersion methods is prospected.
