基于补气增焓技术的复合空气源热泵系统实验性能研究

摘要 针对空气源热泵在寒冷地区制热效果不佳的现象,搭建了“太阳能-空气集热器+补气增焓空气源热泵”复合热泵系统,选取哈尔滨某地区冬季典型气象日进行实验,测试复合热泵系统的制热性能,并通过实验进一步探究复合热泵系统的运行特性。实验结果表明:复合热泵系统受太阳辐射强度影响较大,在冬季典型气象日的实验中,系统制热量与COP最大值均出现在辐射强度最大的时刻,与常规补气增焓系统相比,制热量与COP最多增加24.9%和12.53%。当室外温度为-12℃、太阳能-空气集热器出口热风温度为40℃时,复合热泵系统COP最多提升11.1%,复合热泵系统制热性能最好。该复合热泵系统在低温环境下运行效果好,在寒冷地区具有广泛的应用市场。 In view of the poor heating effect of air source heat pump in cold regions,a composite heat pump system of"solar-air collector+air source heat pump with enhanced vapor injection"is built.The typical weather days in winter in rural areas of Harbin are selected for experiments to test the heating performance of the composite heat pump system,and the operation characteristics of the composite heat pump system were further explored through experiments.The experimental results show that the composite heat pump system is greatly affected by the solar radiation intensity,and in the experiment of the typical meteorological day in winter,the maximum value of the system heat and COP appears at the time of the greatest radiation intensity,compared with the conventional supplementary gas enthalpy system,the heating and COP are increased by up to 24.9%and 12.53%.When the outdoor temperature of the composite heat pump system is-12℃and the outlet hot air temperature of the solar-air collector is 40℃,the composite heat pump system has the best heating performance,and the COP of the system increases by 11.1%at most.The compound heat pump system works well in low temperature environment and has wide application market in cold regions.
