[研究目的]研究2022年俄乌冲突中美国对俄罗斯信息战的样式和特点,可为我国应对信息战提供有益启示。[研究方法]采用文献分析法,梳理总结美国对俄信息战的主要样式;采用辩证分析法和逻辑分析法研究其变化和特点。[研究结论]美国在对俄信息战赢得了阶段性胜利,呈现出占据意识形态高地、发挥情报独特作用、操控社交媒体、利用技术封堵等特点,在话语权塑造、动员力量、攻击重点和打压手段等方面都有所创新。美国早已将中国作为最重要的战略竞争对手,正捆绑俄乌冲突将中国台湾问题国际化,加紧对我国全面的信息攻击。这需要我们全面规划、有效应对、长期斗争。

[Research purpose]Studying models and characteristics of the United States information warfare against Russia in 2022 Russia-Ukraine conflict can provide useful enlightenments for China to cope with the information warfare.[Research method]Literature analysis is used to summarize the main types of the United States information warfare against Russia;Dialectic analysis and logic analysis are used to study its variation trend and characteristics.[Research conclusion]The United States has won the stage success in the information warfare against Russia,showing the characteristics of occupying the dominant position in ideology,giving play to the unique role of intelligence,controlling social media,and taking advantages of technology to suppress and enforce the block.The information warfare also had made some innovations in shaping the discourse power,mobilizing the force,attacking the key targets,and the means of cracking down enemies.The United States has regarded China as its most important strategic competitor for a long time.And it is internationalizing the china Taiwan question by tying it to the Russia-Ukraine conflict,and stepping up information attacks against China.This requires us to do the comprehensive planning,active response,and long-term struggle.
