[研究目的]对美西方在俄乌冲突中的大规模情报披露进行系统研究,深化对新形势下情报攻防和认知攻防规律的认识。[研究方法]总结归纳美西方情报披露的主要手法,考察分析情报披露对俄及俄乌冲突的深刻影响,并在此基础上总结启示。[研究结论]在认知战愈演愈烈的当下和未来,情报和情报披露的运用价值愈加突出,运用空间愈加广泛,运用效果愈加可期。应从理念认识、运行机制、策略运用、风险管控等方面综合施策,全面提升情报和认知攻防能力。

[Research purpose]To systematically study the large-scale intelligence disclosure of the United States and other western countries in the Russia-Ukraine conflict,and deepen the understanding of the law of intelligence warfare and cognitive warfare.[Research method]Summarize the main techniques of the United States and other western countries'intelligence disclosure,investigate and analyze the profound impact of intelligence disclosure on the Russia-Ukraine conflict,and put forward the enlightenment for China.[Research conclusion]At present and in the future,the cognitive war is increasingly fiercer,the application value of intelligence disclosure is more prominent,the application space is more extensive,and the application effect is more predictable.We should take comprehensive measures from the aspects of concept understanding,operation mechanism,strategy application,risk control and so on,so as to comprehensively enhance the intelligence and cognitive offensive and defensive capabilities.
