面向战略的情报感知刻画研究

Analysis of the Role of Intelligence Awareness Characterization Toward to Strategy

[研究目的]信息爆炸的时代中,情报环境日趋复杂模糊,情报任务日益繁重,如何有效提升情报感知效力是当前情报工作所面临的重要问题。[研究方法]该文借鉴情报感知及其赋意思想,围绕情报感知的工作模式,辨析情报感知刻画的相关概念,从用户刻画、任务需求刻画、环境刻画、情报刻画四个方面探讨感知刻画的战术与战略价值,梳理刻画与感知之间的作用机制。[研究结论]感知是情报工作的核心,刻画是感知的升华;情报感知刻画既可以在战术层面支持情报工作,又能指导情报工作的战略部署,提高情报业务核心竞争力,保证情报组织的长远发展。

[Research purpose]In the era of information explosion,the information environment is increasingly complex and fuzzy,and the intelligence task is increasingly heavy.How to effectively improve the intelligence awareness ability is an important problem facing the current intelligence work.[Research methods]This article referenced the ideas of information awareness and assign meaning about intelligence working mode of information awareness,and analyzed the related concepts,intelligence awareness depict characterization,the mission requirements from users,environmental features and intelligence features four aspects,to discuss the awareness features of tactical and strategic value,and combed the characterization between the awareness and the mechanism of action.[Research conclusion]Awareness is the core of intelligence work,and characterization is the sublimation of awareness.Intelligence awareness characterization can not only support intelligence work at the tactical level,but also guide the strategic deployment of intelligence work,improve the core competitiveness of intelligence business,and ensure the long-term development of intelligence organizations.
