摘要
[研究目的]随着互联网信息生态环境日趋复杂,社交媒体涌现的大量失真健康信息为个体健康决策与网络空间治理带来了巨大挑战。该研究旨在通过对社交媒体失真健康信息的传播、识别、纠偏研究进行回顾,为我国互联网健康信息纠偏研究提供理论指导与实践建议。[研究方法]该研究以主题综述方式回顾了社交媒体失真健康信息纠偏的概念内涵、传播特征、识别方法。并在此基础上提出了对若干未来研究方向的展望。[研究结论]现有研究存在失真健康信息的概念化程度不足、对失真健康信息特性探索不足、对纠偏干预机制关注不足等特点。未来研究可在本土概念化建构、失真健康信息偏差扭转机制、识别协同纠偏路径等方面继续探究。
[Research purpose]As the online information ecosystem becomes increasingly complex,the large amount of health misinformation emerging from social media poses a great challenge to both individuals'health decision-making and governors'cyberspace management.This study aims to review the research status of social media health misinformation dissemination,identification,and correction,providing theoretical and practical implications for research of health misinformation corrections in China.[Research method]Based on thematic review approach,the study reviewed the conceptualizations,identification methods,and correction approaches of social media health misinformation correction,and proposed several future research directions.[Research conclusion]The study shows that the existing studies are insufficient in terms of conceptualization of health misinformation,exploration of the characteristics of health misinformation,and attention to mechanisms of health misinformation corrections.Future research can enhance the contextualized conceptualization,uncover underlying mechanism of health misinformation corrections,and identify effective collaborative correction methods.
