高铁工程质量数字化管理提升路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前我国铁路建设迅速发展,铁路工程建设规模逐步加大、难度逐渐增加,为顺应时代变化,高质量、高标准完成高铁工程建设,亟须分析当前数字化、智能化背景下高速铁路工程质量数字化系统管理模式,针对关键影响因素有效提升质量管理效能。在铁路建设数字化发展背景下,提出高速铁路工程质量数字化管理要点;从质量体系管理、质量技术管理、质量方法管理、质量红线管理4个方面以及人员、机械设备、材料、方法、环境、数据管理多角度出发,提出高铁工程质量数字化管理提升路径。 At present,China’s railway construction is developing rapidly,and the scale and difficulty of railway engineering construction are gradually increasing.In order to adapt to the changes of the times and complete the high speed railway engineering with high quality and high standards,it is urgent to analyze the digital system management mode of high speed railway engineering quality under the current digital and intelligent background,and effectively improve the quality management efficiency against key influencing factors.Under the background of digital development of railway construction,the key points of digital management of high speed railway engineering quality are put forward.This paper puts forward the improvement path of high speed railway engineering quality digital management in terms of quality system management,quality technical management,quality method management and quality red line management as well as personnel,mechanical equipment,materials,methods,environment and data management.
