提升弓网综合检测装置(1C)检测服务维修能力探讨 被引量:2

摘要 弓网综合检测装置(1C)是供电安全检测监测系统(6C系统)的重要组成部分,在新线验收、运营检测、科学试验中均发挥着关键作用。梳理1C的发展历程,指出其现阶段在安全预警和设备质量评价方面的不足。分析1C的技术特点及其在6C系统中的功能定位,指出应从精准诊断和发挥周期检测优势上提升检测服务能力。系统梳理了1C检测当前存在的技术制约,提出构建一体化量值保障体系、深耕弓网动态运行机理研究、持续推进智能分析研究的工作思路,为进一步提升1C检测服务接触网运行维修能力提供参考。 The integrated pantograph-catenary test device(1C)is an important part of the power supply safety detection and monitoring system(6C system),and plays a key role in the acceptance,operation detection and scientific test of new lines.The development history of 1C device is sorted out,and the deficiencies in safety early warning and equipment quality evaluation are pointed out.This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of 1C device and its functional orientation in 6C system and points out that the testing service capability shall be improved by accurate diagnosis and taking advantage of periodic testing.This paper systematically sorts out the current technical constraints of 1C testing and puts forward the working guidelines of building an integrated value guarantee system,deepening the research on the dynamic operation mechanism of pantograph-catenary,and continuously promoting intelligent analysis research,which provides references for further improving the ability of 1C testing to serve the operation and maintenance of OCS.
