管道检测器用探头机构设计

Design of Probe Mechanism for Pipeline Inspection Gauge

摘要 针对小口径管道漏磁检测器空间有限,探头机构及其线缆不便安装的问题,设计了一种单臂支撑的探头机构,并对设计的探头机构进行了姿态稳定性测试,实验表明当管道壁厚值变化不大时,设计的探头机构具有良好的姿态,满足探头壳时刻与管内壁紧密贴合的要求。 Due to the limited space of small-diameter pipeline magnetic flux leakage inspection gauge and the inconvenient installation of probe mechanism and its cable,a single arm supported probe mechanism was designed,and the posture stability of the designed probe mechanism was tested.The tested results show that when the pipeline’s wall thickness changes insignifi cantly,the designed probe mechanism has a good posture stability,which meet the requirements that the probe shell fitclosely with the inner wall of the pipe at all times.
