基于PACS平台PBL联合CBL教学模式在影像住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode based on PACS platform in standardized training of imaging residents

目的观察在影像住院医师规范化培训中采用基于PACS阅片下联合PBL、CBL模式教学的效果。方法选择2020年1月-2022年1月期间徐州医科大学附属医院影像科接收的影像专业规培生作为研究对象,按规培入科时间顺序进行分组,以2020年1-12月期间入科的学生为对照组,采用传统模式教学;以2021年1月-2022年1月期间入科的学生为观察组,采用基于PACS平台PBL联合CBL教学模式。出科时对2组学员的理论知识、阅片技能及满意度进行评价。结果观察组学生的理论成绩、阅片技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对教学模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在影像住培教学中实施PACS阅片下联合PBL、CBL模式可以综合性地提升教学质量,帮助规培医生更好地掌握专业知识及实践技能。

Objective To observe the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the standardized training of imaging residents based on PACS platform.Methods The students from the department of Imaging of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of the study,and were grouped according to the time sequence of their admission.Students enrolled from January 2020 to December 2020 were used as the control group,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.The students enrolled from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the PBL combined with CBL teaching mode based on PACS platform was adopted.The theoretical knowledge,film reading skills and satisfaction of the two groups of students were evaluated.Results The theoretical scores and film reading skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the observation group were very satisfied with the teaching mode,which was significantly better than the traditional teaching mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PACS combined with PBL and CBL can comprehensively improve the quality of teaching,and help doctors to better master professional knowledge and practical skills in the standardized training of imaging residents.
