泮托拉唑联合针刺足三里、中脘穴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果观察

Effect Observation of Pantoprazole Combined with Acupuncture at Zusanli and Zhongwan Points in Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的:探讨泮托拉唑配合针刺足三里、中脘穴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月钟祥市人民医院收治的72例慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各36例。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合针刺足三里、中脘穴治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:慢性浅表性胃炎患者实施泮托拉唑联合针刺足三里、中脘穴治疗的效果显著,不良反应发生情况较少。

Objective:To investigate the effect of pantoprazole combined with acupuncture at Zusanli and Zhongwan points in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,72 patients with chronic superficial gastritis who received treatment in Zhongxiang People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random digital table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture at Zusanli and Zhongwan points on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The treatment of pantoprazole combined with acupuncture at Zusanli and Zhongwan points has significant effect in patients with chronic superficial gastritis,and the occurrence of adverse reaction is less.
