针刺疗法配合中医颈椎导引治疗项背肌筋膜炎的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Exercise of Cervical Spine in Treatment of Dorsonuchal Myofascitis

目的:探讨针刺疗法配合中医颈椎导引治疗项背肌筋膜炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月蒲黄榆社区卫生服务中心收治的67例项背肌筋膜炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予针刺疗法,干预组在对照组基础上给予中医颈椎导引治疗,比较两组疼痛、功能障碍程度。结果:治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、压痛积分、功能障碍积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,两组VAS评分、压痛积分、功能障碍积分均低于治疗前,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法配合中医颈椎导引治疗项背肌筋膜炎的效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛程度,改善功能障碍。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese exercise of cervical spine in the treatment of dorsonuchal myofascitis.Methods:A total of 67 patients with dorsonuchal myofascitis admitted to Puhuangyu Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese exercise of cervical spine on the basis of control group.The pain and functional impairment degree were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual analogue score(VAS)score,tenderness score and functional impairment score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the VAS score,tenderness score and functional impairment score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese exercise of cervical spine is significantly effect in the treatment of dorsonuchal myofascitis,which can relieve the pain in patients and improve functional impairment.
