中医过渡期护理模式在脑卒中溶栓后患者中的实施效果分析

Analysis of Implementation Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Mode During Transition Period in Stroke Patients After Thrombolysis

目的:探讨中医护理模式在脑卒中溶栓后的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月于湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院行溶栓治疗的80例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察给予中医护理模式干预。比较两组心理状态、生活能力、生活质量、治疗效果。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel指数)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组Barthel指数、SS-QOL评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0122)。结论:中医护理模式在脑卒中患者溶栓后的应用效果显著,可以提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活能力、生活质量、负性情绪。

Objective:To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode after thrombolysis for stroke.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients who were treated with thrombolysis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was intervened with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode.The psychological state,life ability,quality of life,and treatment effect in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of daily living ability rating scale(Barthel index)and Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)(P>0.05).After nursing,the Barthel index and SS-QOL scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0122).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode has significant application effect in stroke patients after thrombolysis,it can enhance treatment effect and improve the patient's life ability,quality of life and negative emotions.
