摘要
目的:探讨基于UpToDate数据库的床旁循证教学在教学查房中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月于四川大学华西医院临床学习的217名学生作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用传统床旁教学查房,观察组基于UpToDate数据库开展床旁循证教学查房,比较两组批判性思维能力。结果:观察组寻找真相、开放思维、分析能力、系统化能力、批判思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:床旁应用UpToDate数据库进行循证教学能培养学生的批判性思维能力,教学效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based bedside teaching based on UpToDate database in teaching ward-rounds.Methods:A total of 271 students who studied between January 2022 and June 2022 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group adopted traditional bedside teaching ward-rounds and the observation group adopted evidence-based bedside teaching ward-rounds based on UpToDate database.The critical thinking ability were compared between two groups.Results:The scores of truth searching,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,critical thinking confidence,intellectual curiosity and cognitive maturity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bedside evidence-based teaching using UpToDate database can cultivate critical thinking ability of students and the teaching effect is significant.
