摘要
目的:探讨在基础护理教学中应用BOPPPS模式的效果,以及对新入职护士理论、实践成绩的影响。方法:选取2020年6—8月德阳市人民医院新入职的90名护士作为对照组,2021年6—8月新入职的90名护士作为观察组。对照组给予常规教学,观察组给予BOPPPS模式教学。比较两组考核成绩、基础护理教学效果。结果:观察组基础理论、实践操作、病例分析考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组激发学习兴趣、提升思维应变能力、提高动手能力、增加团队协作能力效果显著率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在基础护理教学中应用BOPPPS模式,可激发新入职护士学习兴趣,提升学习考核成绩,有助于基础护理教学效果的提高,值得进一步推广应用到新入职护士的带教中。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying BOPPPS mode in basic nursing teaching and its influence on the theoreti⁃cal and practice results of newly recruited nurses.Methods:A total of 90 newly recruited nurses in Deyang People's Hospital from June 2020 to August 2020 were selected as the control group,and 90 newly recruited nurses in Deyang People's Hospital from June 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given conventional teaching,and the ob⁃servation group was given BOPPPS mode teaching.The assessment results and basic nursing teaching effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The basic theory,practical operation and case analysis examination scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The effects on stimulating learn⁃ing interest,improving thinking adaptability,improving hands-on ability,and increasing teamwork ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of BOPPPS mode in basic nursing teaching can stimulate the learning interest and learning examination results of newly recruited nurses,and help to improve the effect of basic nursing teaching.It is worth further promoting and applying to the teaching of newly recruited nurses.
