基于静脉用药调配中心智能设备工作流程实施PDCA循环对输液质量安全的影响

Effect of PDCA Cycle on Transfusion Quality and Safety Based on Intelligent Equipment Workflow of Intravenous Drug Dispensing Center

目的探讨基于静脉用药调配中心智能设备工作流程实施PDCA循环对输液质量安全的影响。方法对2019年7月1日至2020年6月30日(参照组)输液质量安全情况数据进行统计分析,制订基于静脉用药调配中心智能设备工作流程实施PDCA循环改进措施,并对2020年7月1日至2021年6月30日(研究组)输液质量安全情况进行干预。对比两组的输液质量安全情况数据(不合格医嘱检出率、药物排药错误率、药物调配错误率)。结果经过组间比较,研究组的不合格医嘱检出率、药物排药错误率、药物调配错误率均要低于参照组,其差异显著(P<0.05)。结论基于静脉用药调配中心智能设备工作流程中应用PDCA循环进行管理的效果较佳,能够有效的提高静脉用药调配中心的不合格处方的检出,有效降低静配中心的药物排药错误率、药物调配错误率,促进提高输液质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle on the quality and safety of infusion based on the intelligent equipment workflow of intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods The data of transfusion quality and safety from July 1,2019 to June 30,2020(reference group)were statistically analyzed,and the improvement measures of PDCA cycle were formulated based on the work flow of intelligent equipment in intravenous drug dispensing center,and the transfusion quality and safety from July 1,2020 to June 30,2021(study group)were intervened.The data of transfusion quality and safety(unqualified medical order detection rate,drug dispensing error rate,drug dispensing error rate)were compared between the two groups.Results After comparison between groups,the detection rate of unqualified medical orders,drug dispensing error rate and drug dispensing error rate in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous drug use control center based in intelligent device working process application of PDCA cycle management effect is better,can effectively improve the intravenous drug use control center detection of unqualified prescriptions,effectively reduce the static distribution center of medicine row of error probability,drug distribution,promote to improve the quality of infusion,have high clinical value.
