沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗高龄老年慢性射血分数降低心力衰竭患者的效果观察

Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in Elderly Patients with Chronic Ejection Fraction Reducing Heart Failure

目的研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片(诺欣妥)治疗高龄老年慢性射血分数降低心力衰竭患者的效果。方法选取我院2021年1月至2022年9月收治的66例高龄老年慢性射血分数降低心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组采用贝那普利治疗,观察组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标变化、血压水平和血生化指标变化,用药后的不良反应。结果治疗前,两组患者心功能指标、血压水平和血生化指标无显著变化(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者LEVEF指标较对照组升高,LVESD、LVEDD、LVEDV、LVESV指标较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组患者血压水平、血清钠、血清钾指标较对照组明显升高,Scr指标较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);用药后不良反应相比,两组患者差异甚微(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗高龄老年慢性射血分数降低心力衰竭患者的效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets(nuoxintuo)treatment in advanced elderly patients with chronic ejection fraction to reduce heart failure.Methods Select our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 admitted 66 cases of elderly patients with reduced chronic ejection fraction of heart failure as a research object,the random number table will be divided into control group and observation group,each group 33 cases,control group with benazepri treatment,observation group using sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets treatment,compare the two groups of clinical curative effect,before and after treatment,blood pressure level and blood biochemical index change,adverse reactions after medication.Results Before the treatment,no cardiac function index,blood pressure level and blood biochemical index in the two groups(P>0.05),post-treatment,higher LEVEF index observed in the observation group compared with the control group,the LVESD,LVEDD,LVEDV,and LVESV indexes were lower than those compared with the control group(P<0.05);The blood pressure level,serum sodium and serum potassium index in the observation group were significantly higher compared with the control group,the Scr index in the observation group was lower compared with the control group(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the adverse reactions after medication,little difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets treating elderly patients with chronic ejection fraction reducing heart failure is remarkable.
