AMI并心力衰竭患者护理中采用AIDET沟通模式联合循证护理效果

AIDET Communication Model Combined with Evidence-based Nursing Effect in Nursing AMI Patients with Heart Failure

目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)并心力衰竭患者护理中采用外部沟通(AIDET)模式联合循证护理干预效果。方法回顾性分析我院74例AMI并心力衰竭患者为研究观察对象,收治于2019年3月10日至2021年6月30日,将患者依据护理方式不同分组,对照组(予以常规护理干预)、试验组(予以常规护理干预+AIDET沟通模式+循证护理干预),观察两组患者护理满意度、心功能情况、并发症情况、生活质量。结果①护理满意度:护理2个月后,试验组护理满意度较之对照组更高(P<0.05)。②心功能情况:护理2个月,试验组左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,试验组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)小于对照组(P<0.05)。③并发症情况:护理2个月,试验组并发症发生率较之对照组更低(P<0.05)。④生活质量:护理2个月,试验组各项GQOLI-74评分较之对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论AMI并心力衰竭患者护理中,采用AIDET沟通模式联合循证护理可以明显改善患者生活质量,改善患者心功能,预防并发症,改善患者遵医嘱行为,让患者对护理服务更满意。

Objective To observe the effect of external communication(AIDET)combined with evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and heart failure.Methods A retrospective analysis of 74 patients with AMI and heart failure in our hospital was conducted.Patients were treated from March 10,2019 to June 30,2021.Patients were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and experimental group(routine nursing intervention+AIDET communication mode+evidence-based nursing intervention)according to different nursing methods.Nursing satisfaction,cardiac function,complications and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results(1)Nursing satisfaction:after 2 months of nursing,the experimental group nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Cardiac function:nursing for 2 months,the experimental group left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than the control group,the experimental group left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Complications:nursing for 2 months,the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Quality of life:after 2 months of nursing,GQOLI-74 scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing of AMI patients with heart failure,AIDET communication mode combined with evidence-based nursing can significantly improve patients'quality of life,improve patients'cardiac function,prevent complications,improve patients'compliance behavior,and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
