多角度护理对降低产妇剖宫产率、提高产妇分娩自我效能感的作用

Effect of Multi-angle Nursing on Reducing Cesarean Section Rate and Improving Self-efficacy of Parturient

目的探讨多角度护理对降低产妇剖宫产率、提高产妇分娩自我效能感的作用。方法回顾性选择医院2021年1月至2021年11月期间收治的125例产妇作为观察对象,按不同的护理方式将其分为常规组和研究组,其中施行常规护理干预的63例产妇列入常规组,采用多角度护理的62例产妇列入研究组。分析比较两组的焦虑情绪(SAS)、抑郁情绪(SDS)、自我效能量表(CBSEI-C32)、结果期望量表(OE-16)、自我效能期望量表(EE-16)、分娩方式和护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的CBSEI-C32、OE-16、EE-16评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的剖宫产率低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论采用多角度护理干预产妇分娩可以改善产妇的心理状态,提高产妇分娩自我效能感,降低剖宫产率,最终提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-angle nursing on reducing the rate of cesarean section and improving the self-efficacy of maternal delivery.Methods A total of 125 parturients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to November 2021 were retrospectively selected as the objects of observation.They were divided into conventional group and study group according to different nursing methods.Sixty-three parturients receiving routine nursing intervention were included in the conventional group,and 62 parturients receiving multi-angle nursing were included in the study group.Anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS),self-efficacy scale(CBSEI-C32),outcome expectation scale(OE-16),self-efficacy expectation scale(EE-16),delivery style and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of CBSEI-C32,OE-16 and EE-16 in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of multi-angle nursing intervention in maternal delivery can improve maternal psychological state,improve maternal selfefficacy,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and ultimately improve nursing satisfaction.
