优质护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾切除手术后患者负性情绪及康复的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotion and Rehabilitation of Patients after Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的分析阑尾炎疾病特点,评价腹腔镜阑尾切除手术配合优质护理干预对患者术后情绪、康复状况等方面的影响。方法选择我院2020年5月至2020年12月期间收治的阑尾炎疾病患者,总计120例,全部进行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗。经医院伦理委员会批准,依据随机法分组对照护理,对照组60例、观察组60例,前者采取常规护理、后者辅助优质护理干预,比较患者情绪、康复等情况。结果采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)及抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)对所有入组阑尾炎患者进行情绪评估,经护理后,观察组患者SAS(28.80±2.50)、SDS(28.50±2.30)评分均明显少于对照组,P<0.05;应用健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short from Health Survey,SF-36)对入组阑尾炎患者生活质量进行评估,观察组患者评分高于对照组,P<0.05;组间术后排气、排便、住院时间比较,观察组患者恢复用时均短于对照组,P<0.05;阑尾炎患者疼痛程度应用视觉模拟(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,VAS)进行评估,观察组患者评分(1.20±0.30)低于对照组、护理满意度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理干预辅助可以进一步改善腹腔镜阑尾切除手术患者的负性情绪,助于患者术后康复,患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of appendicitis and evaluate the impact of laparoscopic appendectomy combined with highquality nursing intervention on postoperative emotions and rehabilitation status of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with appendicitis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to December 2020 were selected for laparoscopic appendectomy treatment.With the approval of the hospital ethics committee,a randomized controlled nursing group was divided into a control group of 60 cases and an observation group of 60 cases.The former received routine nursing care while the latter assisted high-quality nursing intervention,and the patient's emotions,recovery,and other conditions were compared.Results The results showed that all patients with appendicitis were evaluated for their emotions using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).After nursing,the SAS(28.80±2.50)and SDS(28.50±2.30)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;The MOS Item Short from Health Survey(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life of enrolled appendicitis patients.The observation group scored higher than the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of postoperative exhaust,defecation,and hospitalization time between groups showed that the recovery time of the observation group patients was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;The degree of pain in patients with appendicitis was evaluated using Visual Analog Scale/Score(VAS).The observation group(1.20±0.30)had a lower patient score than the control group,and a higher nursing satisfaction score(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can further improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy,facilitate postoperative recovery,and increase patient satisfaction.
