中外合作办学模式下中欧学院卓越工程人才培养方案改革研究

Research on the Reform of SIAE Excellent Engineering Personnel Cultivating Plan under the Model of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

中欧学院作为我国较早的合作办学机构,在系统引入法国精英工程师培养模式的过程中,持续探索卓越工程人才教育的本土化之路。该文以中欧学院的发展历程为线索,分析了十余年来学院在卓越工程人才培养目标和培养方案设计方面的探索过程。重点围绕2020版培养方案,给出其指导思想与修订过程。通过分析2014—2020届毕业生就业单位分布,说明培养方案调整的成效。

As one of the earliest cooperative institutions in China,Sino-European Institute of Aviation Engineer⁃ing(SIAE)has kept exploring the localization education method of excellent engineering personnel during system⁃atically introducing the French elite engineer education model.Following the development of SIAE,this paper analyzes the exploratory process of SIAE on the design of cultivating objective and cultivating plan in the past de⁃cades.Especially for the 2020 edition,the guiding ideology and the revision process are illustrated.At last,the employment status is displayed,which verifies the effectiveness of the revision on the cultivating plan.
