It is the responsibility and mission of local higher vocational colleges to serve the revitalization strategy of rural talents.It is necessary for them to give full play to the advantages of school education and human re⁃sources,meet the needs of the people,conduct accurate training,and build a vocational skill training system with localization of training concepts,specialization of training teachers,comprehensiveness of training groups,diversi⁃fication of training methods,and diversification of training forces,to provide more support for rural talent revital⁃ization.
