摘要
推进教师自主选学模式改革、建立教师自主发展机制,是“十四五”时期“国培计划”落实提质增效、精准培训的重要探索。各省(市、区)自2019年起纷纷设立自主选学试点项目,构建“教师申报、能力诊断、菜单选课、教师选学、校本研修、应用实践、考核评价”的选学流程,这对培训机构在项目管理、平台建设、资源开发、方案设计、本地化服务等方面提出了更高的要求。该文对此流程中的各环节进行了分析,设计培训机构实施策略,以期帮助教师实现“问题驱动、持续提升、自我发展”。
Promoting the reform of teachers’independent selection model and establishing a mechanism of teach⁃ers’independent development are important explorations for the implementation of the“national training plan”during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period to improve quality and efficiency,and implement precise training.Since 2019,all provinces(cities,districts)have set up pilot projects for independent selection to build a selection pro⁃cess of“the teacher’s declaration,ability diagnosis,menu selection,the teacher’s selection,school-based train⁃ing,application practice,assessment and evaluation”,which puts forward higher requirements for training institu⁃tions in terms of project management,platform construction,resource development,program design,and localized service.This paper analyzes each link in this process,and designs the implementation strategies of training insti⁃tutions,in order to help teachers realize“problem-driven continuous improvement and self-development”.
