Application of PBL Teaching Model for Teaching Nutrition and Food Hygiene in Preventive Medicine Major:Taking the Clinical Case of Colonic Melanosis Caused by Enzyme Juice as an Example

课题组在上海交通大学医学院预防医学专业营养与食品卫生学理论课和实验课本科生教学中运用PBL教学法,以酵素果汁引发结肠黑变病的临床案例为例,引导学生深入理解课程知识点,并规范本科生教学体系,起到了很好的教学效果。

The PBL teaching method is used in the theoretical and experimental courses of Nutrition and Food Hy⁃giene in the preventive medicine major of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,taking a clinical case of enzyme juice that caused melanosis of the colon as an example,to guide students to deeply understand the knowledge points of the courses and to standardize the undergraduate teaching system,which has a very positive teaching effect.
