随着社会经济和制药工业的快速发展,医疗服务的需求日益增加。高校要紧跟医药市场步伐,培养综合性高质量药学人才。为提高药学专业办学水平,在药学专业认证背景下进行教学质量现状分析,立足于高校的办学特点和培养目标,从课程体系、课堂教学、毕业论文、实习实训、师资队伍等方面进行探究和改革,培养高质量的药学专业人才。

With the rapid development of social economy and pharmaceutical industry,the demand for medical services is increasing day by day.Colleges and universities should keep up with the pace of pharmaceutical mar⁃ket and train comprehensive and high-quality pharmaceutical talents.In order to improve the level of running a pharmaceutical school,the present situation of teaching quality was analyzed under the background of pharmaceu⁃tical professional certification.Based on the characteristics and training objectives of colleges and universities,the curriculum system,classroom teaching,graduation thesis,practical training,teaching staff and other aspects were explored and reformed to cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical professionals.
