摘要
该文在进行课程思政学理框架分析的基础上,基于财政学课程特点,结合专业人才培养目标中的思想政治教育目标,从思政元素挖掘、思政元素与专业内容的有机融合、思政目标达成度的衡量、保障机制等方面进行探索。既有学理上的研究,也有操作层面的实践;既包括学校层面的顶层设计,也包括教学过程的方案,是对课程思政建设的有益尝试。
Based on the analysis of the doctrinal framework of ideological and political education in specialized courses,as well as the characteristics of the Finance course,combined with the ideological and political education objectives in the training objectives of talents,this paper explores the development of ideological and political ele⁃ments,the organic integration of ideological and political elements and professional content,the evaluation of whether the objectives are achieved,and the guarantee mechanism.There are both doctrinal research and practice at the operational level;it includes both top-level design at the school level and a plan for the teaching process,which is a beneficial attempt for the ideological and political construction of specialized courses.
