农村地区线上教学现状与对策研究——以潍坊农村中小学为例

摘要 通过线上问卷和半结构化访谈相结合的方式,对潍坊农村中小学进行线上教学的部分学生、教师和家长进行调查。调查发现,农村中小学线上教学存在基础设施建设水平低、学生主要使用手机上课且学习时注意力不集中、部分教师信息化教学素养相对较弱和家长对学校工作缺乏理解和支持等问题。教育主管部门应当完善农村地区网络基础设施;学校可定期举行线上教学研讨会,以切实帮助教师熟练应用线上教学设备及相应教学方法,还要激发学生学习兴趣;家长应及时与学校和教师沟通,做好家校共育。通过各部门及不同群体的沟通和协作,农村中小学线上教学质量能够得到有效提升。 Through a combination of online questionnaires and semi-structured interviews,some students,teach⁃ers and parents of rural primary and secondary schools in Weifang who conduct online teaching are investigated.The survey found that there are some problems in the online teaching in rural primary and secondary schools.The level of infrastructure construction is low;students mainly use mobile phones to attend classes and lack of concen⁃tration when studying;some teachers have relatively weak information-based teaching literacy;parents lack un⁃derstanding and support for school work.Education authorities should improve the network infrastructure in rural areas;schools can regularly hold online teaching seminars to effectively help teachers use online teaching equip⁃ment and corresponding teaching methods proficiently,and stimulate students’interest in learning;parents should promptly communicate with the school,so as to make home-school co-education effectively.Through the communication and collaboration of various departments and different groups,the quality of online teaching in ru⁃ral primary and secondary schools can be effectively improved.
