摘要
后疫情时代的物资配送需求对我国B2C的物流配送及社区管理模式提出重大考验,对“平”“疫”结合的无接触配送机器人的需求迫在眉睫。该项目团队设计研发一种能实现“门到门”物资配送与消杀一体化的自动化机械。重点研究实现物资存取的机械结构,可适用于平坦道路和楼梯的行走机构以及视觉智能识别方案,以实现社区内道路行走、自动上下楼及智能身份识别、物资自动取出与自体消杀等,做到各机构运行合理且无干涉,为无人化配送向自动化、智能化发展提供思路。
The demand of material distribution in the post-epidemic era has posed a major test to the logistics distribution and community management model of B2C in China,and the demand for contactless distribution robot with the combination of"flat"and"epidemic"is extremely urgent.The project team designs and develops a kind of automatic machinery which can realize the integration of door-to-door material distribution and automatic disinfection and sterilization.This paper focuses on the mechanical structure to realize the access of materials,which can be applied to the walking mechanism of flat roads and stairs and the scheme of visual intelligent identification.In order to achieve road walking in the community,automatic going up and down stairs,intelligent identification,automatic material extraction and automatic disinfection and sterilization,etc.,so that various institutions operate reasonably and without interference,and provide ideas for the development of unmanned distribution to automation and intelligence.
