摘要
为更准确地测定循环冷却水中异养菌的含量,有效地控制工业循环冷却水中微生物的生长与繁殖,该课题进行工业循环冷却水异养菌的工艺影响因素的研究。通过分析培养温度、培养时间、培养基pH对菌落计数的影响,确定最佳的培养细菌因素工艺参数,并通过对比工业循环冷却水中的细菌总数和黏泥中的细菌总数,确定控制工业循环冷却水的细菌总数最佳方案。
In order to more accurately determine the content of heterotrophic bacteria in circulating cooling water and effectively control the growth and reproduction of microorganisms in industrial circulating cooling water,the technological factors affecting heterotrophic bacteria in industrial circulating water were studied.By analyzing the effects of culture temperature,culture time and culture pH on colony count,the best process parameters of cultivating bacteria were determined,and the best scheme to control the total number of bacteria in industrial circulating cooling water was determined by comparing the total number of bacteria in industrial circulating cooling water and the total number of bacteria in slime.
