摘要
为提高机电工程施工技术水平,并研究其在装配式建筑中的应用效果。以装配式建筑机电工程施工技术为研究对象,结合实际施工情况分析装配式建造模式在机电工程施工中的优势与施工难点。通过对管道预制安装、叠合板电气预埋盒安装、套管预留、可调式线盒安装、电缆支吊架预制安装、机电设备安装、超大件运输吊装和机电系统调试检查环节的研究,明确装配式建筑机电工程中的多项关键施工技术。说明通过上述技术应用能够有效改善装配式建筑机电工程质量,确保电气设备运行效果。
In order to improve the construction technical level of mechanical and electrical engineering,and study its application effect in prefabricated buildings,this paper takes the electromechanical construction technology of prefabricated buildings as the research object.According to the actual construction situation,the advantages and difficulties of prefabricated construction mode in mechanical and electrical construction are analyzed.Through the research of pipeline prefabrication installation,laminated board electrical embedded box installation,casing reservation,adjustable wire box installation,cable support and hanger prefabrication installation,mechanical and electrical equipment installation,super large parts transportation and hoisting,electromechanical system debugging and inspection links,a number of key construction technologies in the mechanical and electrical engineering of assembled buildings are clarified.It shows that the application of the above technology can effectively improve the mechanical and electrical engineering quality of prefabricated buildings and ensure the operation effect of electrical equipment.
