摘要
本文主要介绍了一种用于检测平面表面与轮胎附着系数的装置,主要可通过定滑轮装置保证施力方向与被测面平行,减小因施力方向不同所引入的系统误差;该装置配备的检测轮胎附着系数的专用显示仪表,可直接在试验过程中计算平板平面或驻车坡道表面的附着系数并显示记录;通过试验对该装置的测量误差来源进行分析,并提出相应解决方案。
This paper mainly introduces a device for testing the adhesion coefficient between the flat suface and the tire.It can ensure that the direction of the force is parallel to the measured surface through the fixed pulley device to reduce the systematic error caused by the different direction of the force.The device is equipped with a special dis-play instrument to detect tire adhesion cofficient,which can directly calculate the adhesion cofficient of flat plane or parking ramp surface during the test and display the record;The source of measurement error of the device is ana-lyzed through experiments,and the corresponding solution is put forward.
