Development of Intelligent Multi-channel Pressure Gas Path Switching Detection Device Based on WEB Server

本文介绍了一种基于WEB服务器的多通道压力气路智能切换检测装置,通过研制气路控制器、电磁阀设计、上位机设计、独立过滤多路气体校验台的设计,实现对压力表的自动检定,并采用活塞压力计、压力连接管,与智能切换检测装置构成高精度压力验证系统对比、装置性能试验和评估,证明测试结果可靠有效。

This paper introduces a kind of multi-channel pressure and gas path intelligent switching detection sys-tem based on WEB server.Through the development of gas path controller,solenoid valve design,upper computer design,independent filter multichannel gas verification plaform design,the automatic verification of pressure gauge is realized,and the piston pressure gauge and pressure connecting pipe are adopted.The high precision pressure venfication system is compared with the intelligent switching detection device,and the device performance test and evaluation prove that the test results are reliable and effective.
