随着石化能源危机的加剧和环境的急剧恶化,节能减排是世界各国政府重中之重。而新能源汽车由于具有节能环保的特性,全面普及已是大势所趋,它能有利地促进国家能源结构的调整和国民经济的可持续发展。本文通过对研究现有检定方式的不足,提出了新的检测方法。

With the aggravation of the petrochemical energy crisis and the rapid deterioration of the environment,energy conservation and emission reduction is the top priority of govemments all over the world.Due to the charac-teristics of energy saving and environmental protection,the comprehensive popularization of new energy vehicles is the general trend,which can promote the adjustment of the national energy structure and the sustainable develop-ment of the national economy.In this paper,a new detection method is proposed by studying the shortcomings of ex-isting detection methods.
