摘要
本文提出一种基于视觉分析的检定装置,解决了检定试验机过程中的数据不同步问题。该装置采用视觉技术分析检定点的力值示值图像,进而获得力值示值误差和测量重复性。研究表明:该装置可降低人为因素对测量结果的干扰,并提高工作效率。
To effctively solve the problem of unsynchronized data in the testing machine verification,we propose a verification equipment based on vision analysis.It utilizes visual technology to analyze the force image at the verifi-cation point and then obtains the force indication error and measurement repeatability of the testing machine.The study shows that the equipment can reduce the interference of human factors on the measurement results and im-prove efficiency..
