基于蒙特卡洛法测定猪肝中四种异噁唑啉药物的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of the Determination of Four Isoxazolines in Pig Liver Based on Monte Carlo Method

基于蒙特卡洛法(MCM),评定猪肝中四种异噁唑啉药物(阿弗拉纳、弗雷拉纳、沙罗拉纳、洛替拉纳)的不确定度,采用Excel辅助计算,并对GUM进行验证。结果表明,MCM评定不确定度简便高效,与GUM评定结果基本一致,二者均适用于猪肝中四种异噁唑啉药物的不确定度评定。

The uncertainty of four isoxazolines(afoxolaner,fluralaner,sarolaner,lotilaner)in pig liver was evalu-ated based on Monte Carlo Method(MCM)with the help of Excel,and the uncertainty evaluation based on GUM was verified.The results showed that the uncertainty of MCM was simple and efficient,which was basically consist-ent with the results of GUM evaluation,and both were suitable for the uncertainty evaluation of four isoxazolines in pig liver.
