摘要
为了提升高层屋面悬挑钢构架稳定性,增强施工安全性,设计了高层屋面悬挑混凝土构架组合式钢平台施工技术。以某高层建筑为例,通过混凝土结构与钢结构组合式的钢平台布置完成对钢平台的构件设计。通过对高层屋面悬挑混凝土构架支撑结构截面尺寸优化,来对工字钢和桁架施加约束与荷载从而完成对于高层屋面悬挑混凝土构架组合式钢平台的施工。实验结果证明,通过运用高层屋面悬挑混凝土构架组合式钢平台技术可以减小施工误差,增加施工的安全性。
In order to enhance the stability of high-rise roof cantilevered steel frame and enhance construction safety,a composite steel platform construction technology for high-rise roof cantilevered concrete frame was designed.Taking a high-rise building as an example,the component design of the steel platform is completed through the steel platform arrangement of the combination of the concrete structure and the steel structure.Through the optimization of the section size of the cantilever concrete frame support structure of the high-rise roof,the constraints and loads are applied to the I beam and the truss to complete the construction of the composite steel platform of the cantilever concrete frame of the high-rise roof.The experimental results show that the combined steel platform with cantilevered concrete frame on high-rise roof can reduce construction error and increase construction safety.
